jl1110 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jl1110 website (jl1110.org), mobile web experience, and all related gaming services operated by jl1110.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the jl1110 platform and uses the services provided therein.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jl1110 platform.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's jl1110 account, representing funds deposited and/or won by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Services" means all gaming products, promotional features, payment services, and customer support functions made available through the jl1110 platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for supervising and licensing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region where access to or use of the jl1110 platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond jl1110's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or telecommunications failures.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the jl1110 platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jl1110, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded or have any active account restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Your use of the jl1110 platform must not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

jl1110 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Where a Player is found to be underage, jl1110 shall immediately suspend the account, void all related transactions, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jl1110 gaming services, you are required to register an account. When registering, you agree and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any government ID information submitted for KYC — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration details and promptly update any information that changes.
• You will not share your account credentials (username and password) with any third party. Your account is for your personal use only.
• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your jl1110 login credentials and will notify jl1110 immediately at [email protected] (not a clickable link) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You will only register one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl1110 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl1110 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, subject to change at jl1110's discretion with advance notice to Players.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your jl1110 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's registered GCash, Maya, or bank account on file.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts requiring additional verification.
• Source of Funds: jl1110 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits or withdrawal requests that are flagged by jl1110's AML monitoring systems.
• No Third-Party Transactions: Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: jl1110 operates exclusively in PHP. No foreign currency transactions are accepted.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all games on the jl1110 platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed on jl1110 are final once confirmed. Players cannot cancel or modify a confirmed bet.
• jl1110 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, resulting from a technical malfunction, or placed in circumstances that jl1110 determines constitutes an unfair advantage.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a game, jl1110 will apply its best endeavors to reconstruct game logs from server records. Where game outcomes cannot be verified, bets may be voided and stakes returned to Players.
• For live dealer games, the decision of the dealer is final for all game-related matters. jl1110 has no influence over live game outcomes, which are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, dice, roulette wheels) streamed in real time.
• RNG-based games (slots, online table games) use certified Random Number Generator software. All RNG certifications are available to PAGCOR upon request.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed in the respective game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be voided.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jl1110 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Players aged 21 or above who are in good standing on the jl1110 platform.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• jl1110 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to PAGCOR regulations.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion's terms.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• jl1110 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses if jl1110 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl1110 platform. Players found to be in violation of any of the following prohibitions will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated, and any related funds may be forfeited:

• Accessing the jl1110 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Registering more than one account per person ("multi-accounting").
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl1110 games or services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any jl1110 software, servers, or game systems.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access your jl1110 account.
• Using chargeback mechanisms or payment disputes to reverse legitimate transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl1110 platform — including but not limited to the jl1110 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, and audio — is the intellectual property of jl1110 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl1110 platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jl1110 content without the prior written consent of jl1110.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl1110 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or profits arising from technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events beyond jl1110's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the jl1110 platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other payment partners).
• Any unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl1110's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl1110's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

jl1110 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl1110 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to other Players or the integrity of the jl1110 platform.

Players may also voluntarily close their jl1110 account at any time by contacting jl1110 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance after outstanding wagering requirements are resolved will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

11. Responsible Gaming

jl1110 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set alerts for session duration to monitor and control time spent on the jl1110 platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the jl1110 platform. Once self-exclusion is activated, jl1110 will close the account and add the Player to its exclusion registry. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jl1110 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl1110 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the jl1110 platform.

Continued use of the jl1110 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to amended Terms should cease using the jl1110 platform and contact support to close their account and withdraw any remaining balance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to jl1110's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

jl1110 operates in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with regulatory complaints that cannot be resolved through jl1110's internal dispute resolution process may refer the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
